We at Nakshatra strive to provide the best experience for our customers. Please review our policies below regarding refunds, cancellations, and returns.

Refund Policy

  1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.

  2. If approved, the eligible refund amount will be credited to the original payment method or beneficiary’s account within 7–21 working days.

Partial Payment & Order Cancellation

  • No Refund After Shipment: If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, and the order was placed using partial payment, the amount paid will not be refunded.

Order Cancellation Policy

  1. You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it to receive a full refund.

  2. Cancellations made after 2 hours will incur a cancellation fee.

Return Policy

We accept returns only in case of damaged products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was received
